Im not saying to become the best in the world or anything, i just mean how long on average would you have to train before you get any ring time from the moment you first step into the boxing gym with no experience.

  1. it depends on you, the trainer, work ethic, and what kind of ring experience you get. Ive seen people learn a good amount of technique in a short amount of time but it means nothing if you dont get any actual ring experience. I would say no less then 6 months, ive seen people go into fights with less time, but thats also with limited skills and experiece and can lead to a KO. Just getting used to having someone punching you takes a lot of time, let alone the learning of all the techniques and the conditioning. But give it a try, most people who do fall in love with it.

  2. 7 days

  3. Whenever you're ready.  There's no need getting into the ring until you're completely ready.  Be patient!

  4. it takes as long as it takes until you are ready. this is diferent for everybody. you should have a trainer to work with. they will know when you are ready

  5. If you are decent shape and serious about it, they will stick you in an amateur bout fairly quickly. Around 2-3 months. All work ethic.
