  1. George Bush's energy legislation has, since 2003, been trying to get the nation converted to carbon-free Hydrogen energy.  There are fueling stations in some major cities around the nation and fleets of H-powered vehicles are running around.  His time estimate was about 12 years if we all pull together to make it happen.

Unfortunately, this timeline is severely delayed by Al Gore's efforts to get rich through 'carbon offsets', since Gore is the founder and Director of "Generation Investment Management Corporation" which receives carbon offset payments and 'invests' them.  This is why Gore is pushing more carbon-based fuels such as corn ethanol, a fuel that is environmentally devastating and is already creating the food shortages that were supposed to be the long-term consequences of 'warming'.

With Democrats working hard to derail carbon-free energy, so they can profit from carbon cap and trading schemes, it's going to take a whole lot longer to get the gas stations converted to carbon-free fuel.

  2. A year or less if they really wanted to. My cars run on natural gas (methane) and there are pumps right next to gasoline pumps at a regular gas station where I live. Not a big deal. The pump has been there for several years, but is lately getting to be a popular place since more and more people are using it. It's only 87 cents a gallon for natural gas, so you can see why! The station owners just need a tax incentive to put them in because it is expensive to do so. If the government will just get on board and be of help financially, this could easily work all over the country.

  3. about 10 years

  4. never, there is nothing to feed those stations with H2 and there will never be a way.  H2 is a myth as it is not a fuel, its a battery.
