  1. Depending on your age and your treaining regiment , You could lower your 40 time by quite a bit , but .7 seconds would be awfully hared to do . In 23 years coaching football and track in high school , I have never had a runner improve that much even from their 7th grade year to their 12th grade year . That is a whale of a jump. Keep trying though and you might be the first


  2. It depends on your work ethic. If you really want to do it, then you've got to work at it every single day. The five dot drill will increase your agility which will also help your athleticism. The biggest thing you want to do when training is to do sprints and not long distance runs. The golden rule is if you train slow, you'll be slow. So every time your run, run your hardest. Attach a parachute to you and run sprints with that. If you can't afford that, then just use a sheet. If you do all this it should only take a few months.

  3. honestly ? if ur anywere from 15 or over its about impossible

    if u want to u will have to train everday for that exact event and be in amazing shape bc that is a time that the fastest people in the NFL run it in
