  1. Guayaquil to Quito. Quito to Pasto, Colombia, Cali, Bogota, Santa Marta. I would guess that it would take about 4 days. I would suggest that if you are not a Colombian that you might want to fly, at least to Bogota. You will be passing through some rough areas that are controlled by Las Farc. Be smart. Fly.
