use Priority mail--2 to 3 days

Three days,  approximately.  And it would probably cost under $3.  If it costs more, use a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope ($4, about the same time).

Unless you use priority or express, forget it.  Its a c**p shoot.  Otherwiose use FEDEX or UPS.
