I want to know how many miles I'm jogging/slow running. I don't have a treadmill so I'm just running outside, but I don't have any way to know the distance.

Anything helpful, thanks. =]

  1. depends on how fast you run. where one of those step counter things then see how far your stride is and times them together and BAM you know how far you ran

    good luck!

  2. well it takes me less than 10 minutes to run a mile, and if i run around those oval tracks it takes 4 rounds

  3. 8-10 minutes

there are also websites such as runningmap.com

where you can map out your run, on or off roads

    its pretty awesome

  4. Well nobody can be sure because we are not sure how fast you are going and the hills and turns. What you can do is use map-quest to type in your address as the start point and then type in the address of where you end your running and you can calculate your run. If you run to that point and back just double however many miles map-quest told you that you ran and that will be the total miles that you did.
