like to add the healthier you are are the more normal low blood pressure is, when I ran (when I ran miles for exercise) nurses would always take my blood pressure twice. Alas I was feeling crappy the other and it was 170/105

For a healthy indivisual it should be 130/90mm of mercury.For indivisual having concomitant disease like Dibetic,CHD,family history of C.V disease It should be 120/80 mm of mercury.Heart beat should be 60-74 beat/mint.Every 20 beat/mint rise in beats will increase the mortality by double.
