  1. well your hand should touch the ground...and when passing it dont push your arms out...push w/ your legs and angle your arms to your target...keep it under control

  2. you should be close enough so that your fingertips can brush against the floor and you should also make sure the inside of your arms are as flat as you can get them when you have your hands together. and dont lace your fingers when you do that it gives you an uneven surface

  3. in volleyball u usually don't want your passes to go over the net you want them to go to your setter. u just have to get low enough to get under the ball so you can direct it to your target some time you may need to extend or do a pancake.

  4. do what I do .

get so low that your whole hand is touching the ground

  5. ok, well, when u are bending down, make sure you keep your back straight. next, your fingers should easily be able to touch the floor. When you bump, notice wether or not you lean your arms o a particular side, bacause if you do, that is probably why it is going out of bounds. Just try to keep your arms staright when you bump it.

    good luck!

  6. OK first thing, when you are receiving you absolutely have to be as low to the ground as you can because it helps you move quicker and if the ball is low you are already there to receive it instead of having to dive, and it is also easier to dive but remember (BALL FIRST THEN FLOOR!!!)

Secondly, you should have one foot slightly in frontt of the other do not put you hands on your knees keep them in fron of you. You should NOT have your feet flat on the ground, you should stand on your tip toes for better balance and quicker movement.Keep your heels off the floor.

As for the ball going out when you receive you must be twisting your body or reaching for the ball. When the ball is coming towards you stay low and get under the ball and then gently rise at the same time the ball hits your arms. DON'T SWING! If the ball is heading to your left or right you step cross hop, if its going to your left you step with your left then cross with your right and hop or just shuffle.

Hope i helped and GOOD luck!!!

  7. you should be able to put your palm flat on the ground like while doing drills try it right before you bump kk and if yo are not used to it trust me your legs WILL be sore  but the results are fabo!!

  8. Before any Serve I bend my knees and as if Im Sitting on thin air I touch the floor and immediatley prepare for the service. The best way to bump of the net is to lean forward a bit and make sure that you can see your fore arm. put it on a 45 degree angle and this should work. If the ball if coming at you really really hard then dont run from it. make sure your feet are planted and you're looking at the ball. and dont swing like in baseball! If it comes down gently feel free to give it a little boost.

  9. low as possible you dont want your knees to be in an angle over 90 degrees or a little above that but the lower you are the easier it is to control and keep the pass lower but always keep your back as close to straight as possible

  10. For me i don't get very low at all i am probably doing it wring to but I like to have angles like diagonally doing to the other teams player(s). That probably made no seance to you but that's how I play.
