There are many beautiful places to visit, you may like to go for trekking and enjoy boating in the lake. It should be minimum10 days to two weeks, I think.

I think 2-3 days will be enough to visit Nainital.There are lots of places in nainittal to visit as Saat taal, Naukuchiatal, Bhim taal,naina Devi temple, China Peak, Naini lake, Mall road,Kanchi Devi temple etc.

Also you can go to Ranikhet which is at a distance of 54 Kms. frm Nainital & Almora distant 64 Kms frm Nainital. Both are beautiful hill stations of Uttranchal. more info about tourist destinations in these cities you can find at:
