How man weight can I lose by following this?

Breakfast - Oatmeal

Lunch - Carrots

Snack - apple

Dinner - something health

Jog 1 hour a day

and follow workout everyday <45 minutes>

I am NOT STRAVING myself, so PLEASE DON'T give me an answer about that

  2. With that you have like....no protein at all. Maybe for breakfast include some eggs, or some lean meats for lunch or dinner. Generally you want to each some protein with each meal. Apple for snacks is good, other fruits or vegetables like your carrots for lunch are also good. You may also want to have a bigger lunch than just carrots though but not too much. Your workout is fine, if you adjust your diet a little by adding some protein and staying below your maintenance level, you could be burning 1 pound a week.

  3. your meals are way too light!mix some chopped raw nuts and dried fruit into your morning oatmeal. have a slice of bread or a croissant with some mix veggies and some lean protein like grilled tofu or baked beans for lunch.You should drink only water all day to stay hydrated,although consuming lowfat milk and herbal teas in moderation will be fine too.limit your joging to 30-40 minute and do more calisthenic workouts like pilates or yoga immediately after your jogs,at least for 40 minutes...good luck
