You will not be able to get an accurate answer to your question because there is a tremendous amount of equipment being shipped into Vietnam all the time due to the tremendous amount of development and construction there. I will tell you that there is a lot of heavy equipment in Vietnam and they will need a lot more.

Most of the heavy equipment I had seen came from either Japan, Korea or the U.S.  You will see a lot of Hyundai, Mitsubishi and Caterpillar equipment anywhere you see construction. I believe the Viets prefer Caterpillar because it holds up better than the other manufacturers.
