    you can sometimes get it as late as 16-17.

  19. That is an average age to start menstration, so a lot of people do.  Girls are starting earlier than before, but 12 is very average.

  20. Many get it younger than 12 years old. A lot of kids now a days get it at 12 or so, but it all depends on the family history. I mean my mom's side of the family got it when they were really young, so it caused me to get a very young also. It all depends, but 12 is probably the age where most girls start.
