my GUESS is a single "20 sack" would weigh an ounce. Problem then becomes what type of pound are you using

Ok I got the number of them in a pound wrong for the US, but there  ARE different sizes/definitions for 1 ounce!

As it's likely to measured on a set of Jeweller's scales the weight of sack would be likely based on a a troy ounce (about 31g). There are 12 troy ounces in a troy pound.

If each sack is an avoirdupois ounce (about 28g) there would be 16 to a avoirdupois  pound.

I'm assuming that a '20 sack' is a quantity of cocaine that sells for $20. I'd need to know the weight of that quantity to answer your question, but I can tell you that there are 16 ounces in a pound (anywhere in the world, Steve C), and about 27 grams to the ounce, or 432 grams in a pound.
