How many 45-minute driving education sessions does it take to feel comfortable driving a car by yourself?

It"s according if you will be drinking or not!

It will take exactly as long as it takes.  There is no set number because it varies per person.  Some one or two, some never.  There is no magic number that you get to and say, "ok I'm good to go."

It depends on the person. It didn't take me long. Some people never learn to drive comfortably. I kinda think that coordinated people learn to drive faster than klutzes. no offense

If you don't have a licensed driver to practice with and you're relying solely on the instructor, I suggest you buy 3 sessions and then go from there.  It's likely you will need more, but you can see how you feel.
