How many do you think can afford to buy the tickets,to get in? News media say the tickets are very expensive. What is wrong with this Picture America?

I think the cost of attendance was determined by how much work was performed by the attendees. I saw somewhere, lost the link, but attendance was dependent on work performed. The only soldiers who will be attending are the ones being paid to do so or by impersonators.

I don't know the exact number but suspect greatly it will be much higher than those attending the RNC convention.

It sounds like Obama wants to show off as usual, and this is what is wrong with this pic from my lights.

I don't believe the lying media about it, and I recently talked to a soldier and he said the Army is for McCain

I was amazed to see all the flags and they were waving them could not really make it out But I think I saw some Bibles under those arm pits and I think some were packing heat

No soldiers will be there. They are busy. Only welfare recipients and millionaires will attend. A lot is wrong with this picture!

Soldiers are mostly Republican so they will be attending the other Convention where they and their mission are supported.

their not selling tickets... and I'm sure there will be a ton of war veterens there, but that is aside from the fact I have 3 family members who were in Iraq, Afghan and an older one who was in vietnam and they have all been successful people who can afford to buy tickets to various events, just because you are a war vet doesn't mean you don't go on to live a normal life and earn money. Furthermore 2 of them are democrats and the other a republican and they both support their parties and donate to the campaign. I think it is pathetic that you think a war veteren cannot be active in the poltical process and contribute.

Although Obama has run his campaign like a rock concert tour, you do not go buy tickets for it.  Its by invitation only.  And where is the link for this news media with a story on ticket costs?

What is wrong with America is the lack of education and the socialist indoctrination that is being preached in the universities.

...You can't just buy a ticket.  You have to be a delegate to get in at a convention.  If the soldiers happen to be delegates, then they can ask for a ticket.  But no one can just call up and get a ticket, then attend.
