I'm 13 years old.5'3"140 lbs.Would like to weigh 100 lbs. [I've already checked out my BMI and the average weight I'm supposed to be at is 110 lbs]Don't give me the "Stop worrying about weight and live life! You're fine" lecture. I want straight answers! So how many calories should I eat per day to reach my goal and how long would it take? I drink a lot of water and take my dogs on walks daily. Thanks! :]x
