How many East European governments does America fund?

I know the dreaded twins in Poland had their 'party funded' by the yanks, and Djugashvili or whatever his name is in Georgia is clearly a CIA stooge, but what about those nutters in Ukraine, Estonia and other penny-halfpenny nationalist regimes? There are streets and squares named after REAGAN, I ask you, in Nowa Huta and Warsaw, but what about in the other government villages? Anyone wh mentions democracy will be reported for naiveté!!

The Americans and NATO have made considerable inroads into Eastern Europe since the fall of the Berlin Wall - "Mister Gorbachev, tear down this wall" - Ronnie Regan speech in Berlin.

The debacle in Georgia/Occetia is all about NATO [oil actually] and it's expansion Eastward.

Poland refuses Yankee missiles under present terms - maybe more money would help.

Don't forget about the CIA torture camps in Romania, Bulgaria etc They are a major employer for the former commie secret police.
