As of August 10, eps 70 is the latest English sub released of the 119+ Gintama episodes aired thus far.

Also from AniDB, you can see that the English fan-subbers for Gintama, Rumbel & sMi, have combined together to do joint projects.  Though I find it strange that AniDB is missing the Shinsen Subs entry, as Shinsen subs did episodes 1-24.
