There are some, it is not a big community but there are greek restaurants and other bussines. I remember 1 place where they get together for weddings and others events, just over 9 de Julio Ave in downtown Buenos Aires.

There are many sites in internet but you must look for spanish titles like "comunidad Griega en Argentina"or something like that.
