Do you realize that even if you don't like what happened in the primaries, as I do, that by not voting your are in a sense voting for McCain/Palin. I was just as upset that my choice did win, but I cannot see our country put through 4 more years the same as the last 8. I live southern Ohio and am watching my neighbors lose their jobs as DHL and GM close down operations. McCain played a major roll in DHL buying the shipping business in Wilmington OH, that they are closing.

Please only serious answers.. NO insults or immature answers...

  1. this whole thing is a joke, if women felt like they werent being taken seriously before, if obama loses this election, they're going to get set back a few years

the stereotype is that women are scornful, that they're emotional, that they dont think logically, that they put their emotions in front of their judgement, etc etc

hillary clinton was trying to inspire women, trying to show the country that a woman can hang with the best of them, she can be one of the guys while at the same time being recognized as a woman

then she loses, and clinton supporters are understandably upset..but to throw your vote away by voting republican, or not voting at all, you are going against everything she was preaching her entire campaign, and your just further supporting your own stereotypes

then mccain hires a woman with less experience than obama, MUCH less experience than clinton, with anti g*y, pro-life, pro-war ideals, and he expects clinton voters to vote for him just because shes a woman?

how stupid does he think women are?, i would be pretty insulted if i was a woman

if you dont mind having your sons/daughters in war, if you have a g*y or L*****n child and dont mind them losing the rights they've been fighting for for years, then vote mccain

if you want someone who shares clinton's views, vote obama, they're policies are almost identical

and another thing, if you think you can survive another 4 years of bush and try to elect clinton in the next election, think again

if obama loses, clinton will lose any chance she had of becoming president because people will blame her and her supporters for splitting the party

so if you DID vote for clinton, suck it up and vote for obama...no obama in 08, no clinton in 12, remember that

  2. I like what you said so much...I'm copying it and pasting it...I think it deserves to be said/read again:

Do you realize that even if you don't like what happened in the primaries, that by not voting your are in a sense voting for McCain/Palin.

I am an Obama fan...but even had he not won...I would have still voted for Hillary.  It makes no sense in the world to not exercise your right to vote...and it's pretty immature to say, "OK...sense my guy/woman didn't win...I'm not voting."  It serves no purpose.  And at the end of all this...if you don't vote and McCain/Palin wins...you can only blame yourself for not stepping up to the plate.

  3. I agree with you entirely.  Hillary's policies are close to Obama's policies and although I am disappointed that she is not the candidate there is no way that I would help McCain/Palin win by not voting.  McCain/Palin policies are the very opposite of Hillary's.

No way, no how, no McCain.
