  1. A newton is a kilogram meter per second²

    so 15 N = 15 kg m /s²

    Now Kg / cm²  is not convertable to newtons.

    No I think you are trying to measure or convert pressure to force.

    Kg/cm² is not a unit of pressure however

    1Kg does exert a force of 9.8 Newtons on any surface it rests upon.

    Force = mass times acceleration is Newton's 2nd Law.

    if the accelleration is due to gravity then

    F =mg  so 15 Newtons  = mass  *  9.8 meters/second²

    so mass in kilograms is 15/9.8 = 1.53 kilograms of mass

    exert 15 Newtons on the surface it rests on.

    If you have centimeters squared involved, you are working

    with a physical concept called pressure, which is Force per Unit of area and its units is Newtons per square meter.

    Now I will tell you that a Newton/m²  is 10,000 times the size

    of a Newton per square centimeter.    I hope I gave you some ideas that will help clarify your understanding so you can phrase your queston more precisely.  Best of luck!!

  2. kg/cm^2 and Newtons are different units, so you can't compare them.

    Newton=kg*m/sec^2

    so 15 Newtons=15 kg*m/sec^2
