That is Postgraduate course aimed at people who already have a degree but have decided to take up Primary School teaching.

There are two methods that I know of - there may be more, I'm sure someone will be tell us - to becoming a Primary School teacher, either you apply for the Primary School teaching courses from the start or you complete a degree then apply for a Postgraduate course.  The second method takes longer.  

Anything that says MA (Masters) or Graduate Diploma is Postgraduate course, which means you need to have completed a degree first.  The courses you need to look at are Undergraduate so you'd be looking at Batchelors of Education (BEd), Arts (BA) or Science (BSc) if you're so inclined.
