How many MegaPixels does an EyeToy camera have ?

I'm gonna use mine as a webcam as soon as I get it off of ebay.

According to http://amazon.com, that " eye toy " is like for the use of a video game ( the playstation ), but you say it can be used as a webcam. And, having that said, i don't think that they have megapixels. I don't see anywhere on the advertisement. And, the webcam is used to record videos, and megapixels are only necessary on cameras which are meant to take still pictures. When cameras can record video, the megapixels have nothing to do with it, it's all about the frame-rate

The Eye Toy is not a very sophisticated camera. It has a top VGA resolution of 640x480...so, it is only 0.3MP (less than a third of a Megapixel).

My mobile phone has a higher resolution than that.

And so does my webcam...
