How many People were maimed by Acoustic and Electromagnetic Non-Lethal Weapons in the Gulf War ?

Through what materials can these radiations pass, and what is their effective range ? And are they standard deployment now within U.N. Militaries ? Outside the U.N., does any Country possesss them ? What are the long-term effects ?

  1. Acoustics and Electromagnetics are not radiation. A few months ago 60 minuets ran a piece about an weapon a weapon that when fired emits a flash of white hot energy -- an electromagnetic beam made up of very high frequency radio waves.

    These weapons are not deployed yet. They will pas through clothing and leave no damage. when the beam hits you it starts to burn and you are forced to run, the only way to get permanently injured is to no move away from the beam but that would be like holding on hand on the stove very few people can so that.
