1, we just passed it around.

The "Treehuggers" got what they wished for.  No paper bags because they had to cut down trees for paper bags.

Well, be careful what you wish for, because now we have plastic bags that take a loooooong time to deteriorate in our landfills.

So to help not circulate plastic bags, we should take our bags to the store, from home and re-use them.

The number of plastic bags used, worldwide, is impossible to calculate.  Take the number of people living in countries that have grocery stores9That use plastic bags) and multiply that number times at least 4 bags (per visit), times the number of visits to the store (for that year).
