New Rasmussen poll shows 51% of Americans think Palin (the VP candidate) is more qualified than Obama (the Pres. Candidate)

The Democrat convention bounce is gone after 1 appearance. Do you want them to keep the spotlight on the star?

  1. Sure thing, they can keep slinging mud at a working mother. As if most of their base wasn't already disgusted by the fact that they nominated a Muslim socialist.

  2. Let's see what the Enquirer's issue hitting the supermarkets today does to those polls tomorrow. The Republican base are its biggest buyers.

  3. These are the same Americans that voted for Bush TWICE. I never said my fellow countrymen were smart :(

  4. I think it's great Palin is being attacked, it shows how petty and small the Democrats are.  The more they attack and slander, the weaker their talking points become.

I've read the US Constitution and I don't see anything in there about "g*y marriage" or what Obama calls "civil unions."  And there is nothing in there about a "woman's right to kill her unborn."  No thanks, Obama.

  5. I'm a swing voter, sometimes the democratic nominee strikes my fancy and sometimes the republican one does.  I really don't think the democrats have attacked Palin anymore than the republicans have attacked Obama.

After watching both the democrat national convention and the republican national convention I have concluded that the election is nothing more than a freak show.  It's nothing but grown men and women throwing mud at each other on something that is aired to the entire globe.

  6. that is a lie

  7. Palin is the only candidate that supports banning the birth control pill.

Gov.Palin is a member of "Feminists for Life", an organization with members that openly support outlawing all "non-abortifacient contraception" (anything that stops implantation of the fertilized egg). http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/ff...

She may not be able to overturn Roe vs Wade but there is no constitutional right to the birth control pill.

She presides over a State whose budget has gone from 2.9 billion when she took office to 9 billion next year. 14,692.00 per person in the State. Wow. And they still have to pay Federal tax, and do not have roads between cities.

Increasing spending by 300% in just less than 2 years. She is better than Bush.

1200 of it per household is for one new social program by taxing them and giving it back to them http://gov.state.ak.us/news-55671.html

She was able to get more earmarks and pork for her city of 5000 than St. Paul Minnesota got. http://www.swamppolitics.com/news/politi...

A true reformer she went against George Bush and sued to get Polar Bears taken off the endangered species list to make the way safe to open up ANWAR. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5jWu39...

Despite her well known experience Palin wants abstinence only taught in schools.
