My friend wants to know how many roses did China have to buy for the Olympics.

There are 28 sports but when broken down there are 301 events...

so im guessing 301 x 3 (for gold silver and bronze) = 903

903 x 6 rose in each bundle (Approx) = 5418 But i would gues about 5500/5600 due to Team events and any draws that may occur

we buy 40,000,000 bowls of flowers for Olympics,but i can't get the figure of roses.

i'm afraid there's not a boom in roses,because the flowers are for capital beautification.
