I have read that you can take up to 3, but another source has told me that you can take up to 3 in ONE sitting and then as many as you want, but im not sure how reliable that is. I am taking one this year, so can i take 3 next year? i really want to take 4 all together.

  1. You can take up to three SAT II tests in one session, but you cannot take the normal SAT test along with the subject tests.  So If you are taking four subject tests along with the SAT reasoning test, which is the test most colleges require you will have to make three separate appointments.

Before you spend all of this money on the subject tests, I recommend you see if the colleges you are applying to require you to take them.

  2. in SAT there are math english physics biology chemistry.

You are obliged to take at least three that is the compulsory-math and english & other subjects like physics bilogy chemistry which you may take one of them or more.

  3. you can take up to three in one sitting, b/c of the time alloted for every SAT testing session, but you can sign up for as many sessions as you want, given that you want to pay all that money...besides...it's not advisable to take the same test more than three times (reasoning or otherwise)...you can totally take four SAT subject tests over two testing sessions...you just can't do it in one day...
