I don't think there's a limit of W's.  I mean, they're bad.  You don't want to get a lot of them.  But they don't count toward your GPA, and I don't think there's a set "limit" on them.

I think if you had more than like 4 it would look pretty bad and the college you are transferring to might take it into consideration.  But there is no set rules for it.

WP and WS I have no idea.  W is withdraw, obviously.  I haven't heard of the others.
