It should use around 12V. As the fan I got, but not the same. with light

It would be very few. You won't have to worry about your PSU being taxed too much unless you threw in like 5 of them, and even then the wattage would be pretty minimal, especially since it shouldn't be running on full all of the time anyways.

That fan doesn't  use a lot of watts it uses very few.
