How many Yahoo Groups can I cross post to at once?

I know Yahoo only allows 40 or 50 if I use Yahoo email, but if I use my own server and want to send to all my groups at once how many can I do this for at one time?

this would be considered spam in many groups. depends on who your server is as to how many you can send- try your e-mail providers help pages
