  1. You can't convert between chains and acres  [incompatible types].

    Chain is a length measurement.

    Acre is an area measurement.


  2. A chain is a linear measure of 22 yards.

    An acre is a square measure, so unless you mean square chains (which, as far as i am aware, is not a recognised measurement) there is no answer.

  3. One rod equals 16.5 feet.

    Four rods equal one chain.

    Seven chains equals 462 feet, which is not an area.

  4. 1 acre= 2840 sq.yards

    =22yds X 220yds

    =1 chain X 10 chains.

    But you can't write an area as so many lengths.
