  1. they dont need their all their adult teeth--the earlier the better


  2. usually it's best for the child to have all the permanent teeth growing or fully in. in some cases you can get the braces on while having some baby teeth but it all depends on the case on how bad the teeth are and the orthodontists personal opinion.
