It flew all over the USA during testing and in support of other programs.  It flew across the continent several times establishing many speed records as it went.

However, the 367-80 was never a certified aircraft and thus could never leave the US.

Since it was a prototype, chances are it wasn't very many airports.  It could possibly be as few as one.
