First of, alleninthehills should probably go answer questions in the religious section, since i'm probably sure that no meat grinder is involved in the process. And for the actual question, what are you talking about? Animals that were almost extinct from asians eating them? Well, odd question, but they do hunt whales and dolphins still, although there is much controversy involved. They also used rhino  tusks as an aphrodegiac (no idea how to spell that word).

1.  the baby in the womb.  1.4 million killed annually in the name of choice in the us alone.  If you do not care about that, why worry about a snail.  At least most animals get some from of relief, all the children get is a meat grinder.
