  1. During the Games noone as far as I know.

  2. 'At least' 15-16

So far it's been a Spanish bicyclist, a Vietnamese gymnast, a North Korean shooter, a Jamaican runner, 2 Bulgarian runners, Greek hurdlers, and 11 Greek weight lifters.

"p.s. The 11 Greek weightlifters didn't even participate in the Beijing Olympics. They were caught back in June."

Yep, you are right. I wasn't sure whether or not to include them.

  3. The one who said 11 Greek weight lifters was right, and the one said they were positive before the games started was partly right. The 11 failed drug tests at the games were in addition to the 11 failed tests before the games, LOL

  4. I think 4

  5. So far, four athletes have tested positive in doping tests.

A Spanish cyclist, María Isabel Moreno, tested positive for EPO on July 31, BEFORE competition began.

The North Korean Jong Su Kim had to return two medals after testing positive for propranolol, a beta blocker that slows the heart rate; he had won a silver medal in the 50-meter pistol event and a bronze in the 10-meter air pistol.

The Vietnamese gymnast Thi Ngan Thuong Do took furosemide, a blood-pressure medication that reduces fluid accumulation.

And Greece's defending Olympic women's 400 metres hurdles champion Fani Halkia has failed a drugs test, a sample tested positive for methyltrienolone, better known as M3, a banned steroid
