Well, a Panda Bear is a Syrian, so if you breed them, they can have up to 8 babies or more! It's best to have homes ready for at least 10 before breeding, or make sure that a pet store will accept them. If you don't have homes or a pet store ready to accept them, then you'll need to have at least 15 cages or more to house all of them when they have grown up.

All and all, a Syrian, like your hamster, can have 8 babies or more or less, so be sure to have everything ready.

It may be pretty hard to breed panda bear hamsters cause they are syrians but if you have them in an early age, they can have between  1-12 babies and the average is 5-6 babies.
