How many beaches does spain have? ASAP?

Need to know answer as im doing my homework for travel and tourism. Please help....and also what are the best spainish beaches and information about them.

with over 5000 miles of shoreline, it is difficult to determine the number of beaches.  Attached are a couple of web sites that list the top 10 beaches and info on each.
