  1. The problem with a one-world government is absolute power corrupts absolutely, and no type of government is perfect.  No matter what type of government ruled the world, it would gradually become more and more corrupt and a revolution would eventually break out.

  3. No it's hard for one government to take care of the entire world, probably some regions would be neglected and racism as well as religious apartheid.
