  1. This years Ferrari 792 bhp.

  2. Engines are mandated as 2.4 litre naturally aspirated V8s, with many other constraints on their design and the materials that may be used. The 2006 generation of engines spun up to 20,000 rpm and produced up to 780 bhp. The previous generation of 3 litre V10 engines are also allowed, albeit with their revs limited and with an air restrictor to limit performance. For 2007 the V8 engines are restricted to 19,000 rpm with limited development areas allowed, following the engine specification freeze from the end of 2006.

  3. i think about 1500 bhp but im not really sure

  4. A 2008 version of the Formula One car produces about 750 bhp (approx. 90 bhp per cylinder). The 2004 version (3 lit., V-10 engines) used to produce horsepower in excess of 920 bhp and towards the end of the season, it was reported that some teams, most notably, the Williams-BMW could produce about 980-1000 bhp!!
