How many books have you ever read?

OMG I've never counted....I used to go through ~10 books a week from the bookmobile (adult, not young adult ones) when I was in middle school. My husband and I have several bookshelves full of books we've both read, not to mention other library books over the years. I couldn't even begin to venture a guess.  A lot.

I don't really count but probably around a thousand?  I read my way through the school library when I was little.  And I read a lot of books twice too, so I would say a thousand sounds like the right number.

I have never kept track, but given the fact that I have been reading since I was 5 and I am now 46, the number is in the thousands now, even if I include a reading hiatus of a few years back in the 90s.  I read an average of 3-4 books a week.

I don't know. Give or take about 40 maybe 50. I'm not an avid reader but I love certain types of books like romance and mystery.
