You are permitted to bowl one per over with no disgrace, the second gets you a warning, the third and your off bowling for the rest of the innings!  Depending on your conduct though during your bowling you can be warned by the Umpire to calm it  down or they will have a word with your captain and have you removed from the attack now if they feel your actions are not in the spirit of the game / dangerous to other players.
