    One or more degrees in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other computing-related areas, preferably at Honors level.

    Or you mean, engineering , medical software?

    There are lot of engineering software like PRO E , Cad Chem ,Prima Vira ,etc.

    There are financial software,accounting software like Telly are also available.

    Then Inventory Control software like SAP also come into the picture.

    It depends upon the your area of interest.
