How many breeders do *you* know that euthanize the puppies that don't meet the standard?

After that BBC program aired, I'm seeing more and more people claiming that "breeders cull (kill) puppies that don't meet the standard".

So my question is: How many breeders do you personally know that still cull puppies by euthanizing them?

If the breeder doesn't want them, why should the public want them as a pet?  Nothing worse than a dog with a bad temperment or doesn't act like its breed is suppose to act.  I'm not talking about looks here.  Suppose someone buys a lap dog that is hyper and dominant?  Or a hunting dog that can't hunt?  Cull dogs that don't make good pets; don't foist them onto the public.
