After that BBC program aired, I'm seeing more and more people claiming that "breeders cull (kill) puppies that don't meet the standard".So my question is: How many breeders do you personally know that still cull puppies by euthanizing them?

If the breeder doesn't want them, why should the public want them as a pet? Nothing worse than a dog with a bad temperment or doesn't act like its breed is suppose to act. I'm not talking about looks here. Suppose someone buys a lap dog that is hyper and dominant? Or a hunting dog that can't hunt? Cull dogs that don't make good pets; don't foist them onto the public.
