  1. Mine went exactly the way I wanted it too.. There may have been one or two little things that weren't perfect, but nothing so big that I really even noticed.

    :)

  2. I was pretty happy with the way my wedding turned out.  It was different from what I originally expected because I only got half the number of guests that I was expecting.  But then during the actual wedding, things were really nice, and we didn't miss the people who didn't come.  In fact, I think it made things more intimate and cozy which I'm happy about.

  3. Well, it wasn't a complete disaster, but some of the "Highlights" were: I was sick as a dog..sinus infection/bronchitis/stomach sick from the pennicilin. Just wanted to puke my brains out. Thank God I didn't.

The flower girl, she didn't like the taste of the communion wafer, so she "spit it on the floor."

They sent the wrong color limousines to our house, even though we ordered them many moons ago.

My father's back went out, so he couldn't get in and out of the limo without a back brace...

The florist forgot to deliver the flowers...thankfully my "groom" called my mother an hour before the ceremony. The florist made it just in time...

A few "irritated" guests, because our wedding reception was "smoke Free".

Other than that. Yes, it was VERY Beautiful. :)

  4. Omg. NOTHING went right before the wedding. It seemed like everything went wrong. But when it came down to the actual wedding, everything was perfect and I don't think I would have had it any other way.

  5. Mine did not at all go like I thought it would. First off, my maid of honor, my sister, was totally high and I had to kick her out of my wedding party the DAY BEFORE! Also, she did not smile in any of the pictures, thus ruining them. During the ceremony, we had a memorial table set up for my husband's dad, and the picture that we had of him fell off the table and shattered. Our moms lit the wrong unity candles. Everything else was great at the ceremony, and it turned out to be a beautiful one. At the reception, no announcements were made for the cutting of the cake and everyone complained that they missed it. Also, we spent a gajillion hours before the wedding making little bags of birdseed made out of tulle, ribbon, and roses at the approval of the site manager, but when we got there, we were told that it was not allowed. Our cake was not the flavors that we wanted. But you know what? We had so much fun, and it was such a wonderful day that we don't even care about the things that went wrong. Now the only thing that is still going wrong a year later is that our photographer is taking forever to send us our printed photos!

  6. When my husband and I first started planning our wedding things were really hectic.  We were trying to please everyone and things were not turning out the way we wanted.  So we threw out all of our plans, hired a wedding planner and had a beautiful destination wedding instead.  It was small, only about 25 people attended but soooo nice.  Our planner made sure we had exactly what we wanted and the weather could not have been more perfect.  We were married on the beach and our pictures are gorgeous.
