What is done to the bulls too weak or cowardly to fight?

There are more than a hundred of bullrings but threre are also 'portable' bullrings that are used in small towns in local festivals.

When a bull is weak is returned to the corral, and another from a reserve is used (6 bulls are killed in a bull fight afternoon). The rejected bull is sacrified.
