It depends on what country you are from. For many countries in Europe and North America, you can get a free visit visa on arrival good for 60 days. If you need to get a visa before you go because you aren't travelling on a passport that allows you to get a visit visa on arrival, it would probably be wise to allow at least 10 business days, although it is likely that the process won't take that long.
