How many cahnnels?

Question

i have 2 12" woofers & i would like to have 1 amp per woofer. haw many channels does my amps need to be to get to my goal of sound. can u also help me out with some kind of wiring diagramfor both amps.

that makes no sense subwoofers don't have channels

you can get two onw channel amps one per woofer like u want that would be good

get two one channel amps..mono block   d class  that will have the same  rms   as ur subs....just hook the positive and the negative of the subs to the smae of the amp......i think u should get one amp to control both subs...just get one amp that will handle the total rms of the subs...that would be a lot easier and money on u
