  1. Here's a general description based on a 140 lb. human being, not that you are 140 lb since you are a woman and you are much, much less than that ;)

    Running, 8 mph=986 cal/hr

    Walking, 3.5 mph=277 cal/hr

    Jogging, 5 mph=584 cal/hr

    Jumping rope=730 cal/hr


  2. The average person BURNS about 100 cal every 10 min only when running or jogging.
