Question:

How many calories am I consuming??

For breakfast I eat a bowl of muesli with low-fat soy milk.

Lunch is a salad (consisting of 2 cups of lettuce, half a Lebanese cucumber, a medium Tomato, 7 mushrooms, 1 small carrot, 1/4 cup mozerella, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and one tablespoon of olive oil).

In the afternoon I drink a cup of black tea with soy milk and two teaspoons of sugar.

And for dinner I eat a piece of fruit (like an apple or half a cup of cucumber), and a piece of whole wheat bread.

  2. you are eating way too little, if you want to lose weight....you are definitely on the wrong track

  3. Not many by the looks of it.  Why aren't you eating any protein?  You're going to make yourself sick eating like that.
