For breakfast I eat a bowl of muesli with low-fat soy milk.
Lunch is a salad (consisting of 2 cups of lettuce, half a Lebanese cucumber, a medium Tomato, 7 mushrooms, 1 small carrot, 1/4 cup mozerella, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and one tablespoon of olive oil).
In the afternoon I drink a cup of black tea with soy milk and two teaspoons of sugar.
And for dinner I eat a piece of fruit (like an apple or half a cup of cucumber), and a piece of whole wheat bread.
